The Four Borough Neighborhood Preservation Alliance is a unique organization with a comprehensive approach to issues of overdevelopment in New York City.  We both work to change the system through reform by lobbying decision-makers, and assist community organizations seeking to use available remedies.

We do this through two separate but related organizations, the FBNPA Corporation, our lobbying organization, a 501(c)(4) nonprofit, and the FBNPA Foundation, a 501(c)(3) education and community assistance organization on issues of landmarking, contextual rezoning and Board of Standards and Appeals matters.
